This property is ready to go and had at one time a cabin fully functioning on it. The gravel pad is approximately 60 x20 and the driveway is punched in. There is a pole directly on the lot and just a GVEA call away for power. The well and septic is also in place and I am told the water is VERY good and everyone knows that is hard to come by.
