Recommendations are to remove the well shed entirely, replace the temporary water line with a permanent one, cap the artesian overflow, and cover the wellhead with a length of corrugated and insulated culvert. This should be done before any adjustments are made to the helical piers for current or future leveling. Tom of Alaska Drilling has quoted me $2,500 for coming mid-June to do the well work but that does not include the shed removal.
